Occupying a prime, central location along Phuket’s picturesque western coast on Karon Beach and set within 82,828 sqm of lush landscaped tropical gardens, the 362-key Property is one of Phuket’s most established resorts, which blends the romance of the exotic east with the contemporary design of the west.
Currently operated by Mövenpick Hotels & Resorts, the Hotel is being sold with the benefit of management. At the option of investors, however, the Property can be acquired with vacant possession of management, presenting an investor or an owner-operator the rare opportunity of taking full operational control of a key resort in one of Asia’s most sought-after markets.
