Occupying a prime location with around 320 metres of direct beach frontage and stunning views over the Andaman sea, the 226-key Resort is offered with the benefit of a hotel management agreement (“HMA”) with Dusit International, however, upon its expiry in 2012 a new owner will have operational flexibility.
