The 65 room (384 bed) Discovery Lodge Queenstown is one of only a handful of freehold accommodation assets located in the heart of the Queenstown town centre.  Built in 2004, the 3,200m² building is located on a 1,000m² parcel of land on Shotover Street and at the date of sale was leased to a major budget accommodation provider that has subsequently been relinquished.  CP Group who purchased the asset are looking to reposition the property to a luxury boutique hotel.
