Novotel Wellington is located on The Terrace in the Wellington CBD, and provides 139 guest rooms to a 4 star plus Qualmark standard. Other hotel facilities include a restaurant and bar, gymnasium, business centre, small meeting room and basement carparking for approximately 28 vehicles.
The Property was originally constructed as an office building during the 1980’s, and was retrofitted and converted to a Hotel in 2001/02 which included the construction of two additional floors. All 139 guest rooms were extensively refurbished in 2012 with new carpets, lighting, case goods, repainting and some minor bathroom upgrades.
At the date of sale, the Hotel was subject to a long term management agreement with Accor, with vacant possession not available on sale.
