New Zealand’s first modular hotel built by TLC Modular out of Vietnam in association with Lepdon Holdings was settled in September 2021. Opening right on the eve of Covid 19 2020 it was a challenge going forward however, the hotel did not take part in MIQ opting to provide a service to the domestic market. Purchased by a private investor from Asia and now their second investment in NZ in 18 months.
The property consists 89 keys and includes a food and beverage component including cafe and conference facilities on the ground floor.
