A 368 apartment complex plus 55 room hotel in the heart of Auckland CBD. Originally managed by Ascott out of Singapore offering residence and travellers a 5 star experience in what was until 2020 the tallest building in Auckland.
The residence struggled after Ascott exited some years ago leaving investors with no real solution other than to manage permanent rentals themselves or endure the challenges of Airbnb.
A single investor within the building sold a significant number of apartments to Minor Hotels who now operate the residence under the Avani brand
Minor Hotels have continued to increase their room inventory now in excess of 100 keys and have also secured a ground floor presence.
