Nimbo Fork Lodge has been sold following an international Expression of Interest sale campaign conducted by HTL Property’s Andrew Jolliffe, Andrew Jackson and Nic Simarro.
The stunning experiential lodge, owned by Jats and Co’s Walsh and Heggaton families, has been purchased by local agricultural land holder Brendon Stoney.
The Lodge comprises of twelve luxury cottages and suites, a restaurant and reception building across ninety-six acres of premium rural land situated on a ridgetop with panoramic views of Tumut River and the surrounding farmlands.
Refurbished in 2021, the Property is currently run under management, thereby offering flexibility for an incoming purchaser to operate, introduce their own preferred operating structure; or potentially convert to alternative use (STCA).
