On behalf of Dominvs Group, Savills sold the 165 room Crowne Plaza and 193 room Holiday Inn Express at Aberdeen Airport to Singapore based M&L Hospitality.
Together the freehold hotels sold for £26,000,000.
The hotels were sold subject to franchise agreements.
