Savills successfully supported KSL Capital Partners in the disposal of the world renowned Belfry Hotel & Resort for c.£140million in November 2021. This was the largest single asset deal in the Regional UK Hotel Market in 2021.
The resort features 320 guest rooms, five restaurants, a spa and a variety of leisure amenities. Additionally, the resort is renowned for its three 18-hole golf courses and is a four-time host of the Ryder Cup, the biennial golf competition between U.S and European teams.
