On behalf of Rabo Vastgoedgroep, Savills sold the 278 room nhow Rotterdam as part of the De Rotterdam mixed use asset which includes 75,000 sqm office, 2,000 sqm conference and event space, 3,000 sqm commercial units and a five storey car park with 670 spaces.
