On behalf of Meadow Partners, Savills and JLL Hotels and Hospitality sold what was then the Indigo Hotel development, Aldgate to Dalata Hotel Group for £91m or £429,245 per room.
The hotel was rebranded a Clayton Hotel prior to opening in early 2019.
