HTL Property is delighted to announce the sale of the Beachside Village Ulladulla, situated on the picturesque South Coast of New South Wales.
The annuals holiday park occupies a 1.92 hectare freehold-landholding directly fronting popular Racecourse Beach in Ulladulla.
The public Expression of Interest campaign was steered by HTL’s National Director of Accommodation, Andrew Jackson.
“The campaign generated a phenomenal amount of interest, well beyond what we would ordinarily expect; with enquiry numbers in excess of 100 parties” advised Jackson. “We attribute this to a combination of the uniqueness of the site, which provides direct beach access in one of the fastest growing regions in New South Wales” added Jackson.
“Interest was received from both the dominant groups within the caravan park and broader hotel and leisure sectors, as well as private syndicates and development groups” Jackson commented.
The property was sold on behalf of a local retiring family that are moving further north to QLD to be closer to family. The picturesque property has been purchased by a private syndicate of investors that have experience in the hotel and leisure sector.
“Both short and long-term park assets have remained incredibly popular amongst investors and owner operators, even throughout recent changing economic conditions. The fundamental strengths of this sector have remained strong, particularly for quality assets where broad market demand continues to outweigh available supply” concluded Jackson.
