Christie & Co has sold the Days Hotel Waterloo, in London, on behalf of administrators Smith & Williamson, to Palm Holdings, which will operate it under its subsidiary, Waterloo Hub Hotel Ltd.
The Days Hotel comprises 162 bedrooms and sits in a prime Central London location close to Lambeth North and Waterloo stations. It is also in close proximity to major tourist hotspots such as the Imperial War Museum, the Houses of Parliament and the London Eye.
The hotel, which went into administration in March 2019, will continue to trade under the Days Hotel brand, which is part of Wyndham Hotels and Resorts, under a temporary operating agreement whilst the new owners consider various options in repositioning the hotel.
