Christie & Co acted on the disposal of the Hilton Belfast Templepatrick Golf & Country Club, an award-winning golf resort and Northern Ireland business hotel near Belfast.
This hotel was purpose-built in 1997 and comprises a 129 en-suite bedroom hotel situated in 220 acres of attractive parkland. It is located 10 minutes from Belfast International Airport and 20 minutes from Belfast city centre.
The hotel has extensive conference and banqueting facilities catering for up to 500 delegates and is also one of the largest LivingWell Clubs in the UK with over 1,200 external members. Facilities include a swimming pool, fitness suite and spa and Par-72 championship 18-hole golf course.
