Ideally located at the gateway to Paris, close to the newly-built Tribunal Judiciaire in the 17th arrondissement of Paris, the Holiday Inn Paris – Porte de Clichy is a mid-range business hotel with 262 rooms, and one of the largest hotels in the Paris area. Catella Hospitality Europe will operate the hotel under franchise and is undertaking its first operation in France.
Significant value creation levers will be activated in conjunction with the repositioning of the 4* business hotel, driven in particular by the ongoing improvement of the Clichy-Batignolles district. The city of Clichy is considered one of the most dynamic in Greater Paris and is already home to a number of high-end office and residential projects. By January 2021, the district will complete its transformation with the extension of line 14 of the Paris metro.
With its 262 spacious rooms, its 120m² terrace, its Door’s restaurant, its MICE space and its iconic façade visible from the ring road, the Holiday Inn Paris – Porte de Clichy, built in 2006, will undergo a programme of renovation work to enable it to be more in line with the expectations of tomorrow’s customers.
