About Richard

Richard Thomas is a senior business agent in the Southwest England and South Wales Hotel Brokerage team.

Richard has over 10 years’ experience in property brokerage across several sectors and geographical areas. After starting his career in the Fulham office of London real estate firm Foxtons, Richard moved north to Oxford with country house specialists Knight Frank. Moving from residential property into commercial, he joined Chancellors and headed up a team of commercial agents covering Oxfordshire.

Richard joined Christie & Co in 2018 and has worked on several high-profile transactions for high-net-worth individuals, institutions, charities, funds, and family offices.
