Savills, on behalf of Macro Investments Limited, has completed the sale of Native Bankside, to Jastar Capital for a sum in excess of £41 million.
The former Victorian tea warehouse was carefully restored in 2018 and now comprises a 75 bedroom aparthotel along with two commercial units, located just moments away from the Tate Modern aworld-famous famous Shakespeare’s Globe Theatre. Today, Bankside is known for its world-renowned cultural attractions and entertainment venues, along with a dynamic residential neighbourhood and commercial destination for corporate and creative industries.
