Canvas on Southbank Sold

Following a thorough campaign by JLL and overseen by Pitcher Partners, 63-69 City Road, Southbank has been acquired by Thundering Herd. 

It is intended that BrickX, a wholly owned subsidiary, will develop the site and offer its investors the opportunity to participate in the Project on the BrickX Platform. The Chair of Thundering Herd Benni Aroni who led teams developing neighbouring Southbank sites Eureka Tower and A108 will lead the BrickX development team. BrickX is excited by the development opportunity that 63-69 City Road, Southbank presents in what is one of the last vacant sites in Southbank.
