About Aaron

Aaron Desange is the Head of Capital Markets WA and Director of Institutional Investment Sales in Western Australia.

Aaron is responsible for large institutional investment, hotel and large-scale development site transaction assignments throughout the Pacific. In addition to this, Aaron is responsible for importing Asian capital to Australia and overseeing the Capital Markets practice in Western Australia.

Prior to joining CBRE, Aaron held the role of Executive Vice President of JLL’s Hotels & Hospitality Group. This role has seen Aaron be involved in the sale of over USD 2.5 billion worth of transactions throughout Australia, China, Thailand and Vietnam.

Aaron has extensive experience in the hotel and broader real estate industry in valuation and advisory roles. Aaron has also spent two years with HVS International Singapore undertaking a variety of advisory assignments including market and feasibility studies and valuations in Indonesia, Vietnam, Thailand, Singapore, China, Cambodia and Malaysia.
