About Andrew

Andrew joined Christie & Co in 2005 and has specialised in the London Hotel market for over 15 years. Having worked in both Central and Greater London, Andrew has gained an excellent reputation amongst London Hotel owners, whilst establishing a close working relationship with them.

Prior to joining Christie & Co, Andrew had managed several residential estate agency offices in London, gaining valuable property transactional experience, working with established residential agencies, such as Bairstow Eves, Countrywide, Your Move Norwich Union and Castles Estate Agents.

Since joining Christie & Co, Andrew has gained valuable expertise in negotiating hotel sales and has been responsible for some notable transactions including : The Westland Hotel Queensway, Leinster Inn Bayswater, Ramada Ealing, Verta Hotel Battersea, Qbic London City, Holiday Inn Express Ealing , Chrysos Hotel Paddington, Henry VIII Hotel Lancaster Gate.

In 2015 Andrew was appointed Director & Head of London Hotels, UK for Christie & Co and since then he has been responsible for the sale of all London Hotels.
