About Bas

Bas joined Savills in May 2015 as an associate director within the investment department in Amsterdam and currently leads the residential and hotel investment team as a director.

As head of the residential and hotel Investments department, Bas specialises in the purchase and sale of residential assets, hotels, student housing and any other operational real estate. He also focuses on opportunities for alternative use in established asset classes. With a background in valuations, agency and investments, Bas is a multi-skilled and all-round real estate professional with a broad experience in real estate advisory.
