About Elton

Based in London, Elton is a Broker on Christie & Co’s Corporate Hotel Brokerage team, focusing on various UK hotel sales instructions and supporting a number of large European projects with the European offices. He joined Christie & Co in 2016 as part of Asia Desk, assisting Asian inbound investors in facilitating their European acquisitions. Since then, he has obtained an extensive knowledge of hotel real estate, having rotated and worked in our UK hotel valuation and advisory teams.

Prior to this, he was an investment specialist for overseas property acquisitions at Taiwan-based Homax Real Estate. He holds an MSc in Real Estate Finance at University of Reading and a BA in Real Estate Management at Taiwan National Chengchi University. Elton is also a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and has completed a Certificate in Hotel Real Estate Investment and Asset Management at Cornell University.
