About Glenn

Glenn is a senior property professional with 40 years experience across all sectors of property in both valuations and sales.

A 25 year career with CBRE in its various forms saw him involved in a wide range of major transactions across a broad geographic coverage in Australia and New Zealand. With a strong focus on the hospitality sector he was one of the active participants in both the Asian investment and divestment in hotels and resorts.

In 2006 Glenn moved to Shanghai to open the transaction desk for China for a major international hotel brokerage company where he was involved in two hotel sales and numerous advisory briefs.

Returning to Australia Glenn teamed with Dan McVay in a number of successful landmark appointments.
A career change to focus on upscale residential sales in Brisbane’s inner northern suburbs followed however the lure of the more diverse commercial market proved far strong and he returned to McVay Real Estate.
