For over twenty five years, Gus has worked across all facets of the hotel industry including operations, consultancy, asset management and property investment. As one of Australia’s most experienced hotel brokers and asset managers, Gus has undertaken nearly $2 billion in hotel sales and asset managed over 60 hotels nationally.

In January 2023, Gus rejoined JLL’s Hotels & Hospitality Group as Managing Director, Head of NSW Investment Sales.

Prior to JLL, Gus was Head of Hotels, Australia for Colliers International where for over nine years he undertook a range of transactions including numerous notable Sydney assets such as Rydges Sydney Harbour, Rydges Bankstown, Capital Square Hotel Sydney, Radisson Liverpool Street, Veriu Central Sydney and the Westin Sydney transaction
