About Isabel

Based in JLL’s regional headquarters in Singapore, Isabel is responsible for actively supporting investment sales assignments across the Asia Pacific region from the underwriting stage through marketing, due diligence and closing.

Experience & Education

Since joining the Hotels & Hospitality team in January 2019, Isabel has been engaged in a broad range of transaction mandates across the region with an active involvement in sales mandates in Singapore, Japan, China, and the Indian Ocean. Since joining, Isabel has advised on the transaction of the Red Roof Plus Osaka in 2019, which brought in a new first-time buyer to Japan.

Prior to joining the Hotels & Hospitality Group, Isabel was part of the JLL Graduate Trainee Program, during which she rotated across several departments within JLL. Previous rotations include the Alternatives team at the Asia Pacific Capital Markets department, where she supported commercial real estate transactions with a focus on alternative asset classes, such as student accommodation and nursing homes.

Subsequently, she went on to the Project and Development Services department, where she was involved in project management and move management. Her final rotation prior to joining the Hotels team was with LaSalle Investment Management, where she helped the Fund Management team with quarterly investors reporting, and the Research & Strategy team with analyses on various business and macro trends relevant to the Fund’s investment strategies.

A graduate of the National University of Singapore, Isabel holds a BSc (Hons) in Real Estate. She is a registered Real Estate Salesperson with Singapore’s Council for Estate Agencies, and she is bilingual in English and Mandarin.
