With more than 35 years’ experience of working in the transactional property market, primarily in the hotel and licensed leisure sectors. Martin has worked with many of the industry’s leading hotel owners and operators, having overseen some of the sectors most high profile deals and transactions.

He is one of the most prominent hotel agency brokers in the North of England, providing strategic disposal and acquisition advice to a wide range of clients. These include independent and corporate hotel owners, operators, investors and other professionals. Martin joined Graham + Sibbald in October 2021 and is based in the firms Manchester office where he is leads the presence of the firm’s Agency + Brokerage services across England.
