About Martin

Martin Sutherland is a property agent with over 35 years’ experience in the market. Martin started out in residential estate agency and in 1997 joined Chesterton Surveyors in their licensed, leisure and hotels department. Throughout the following years he gained great knowledge and contacts throughout the industry and went on to have his own Pub leasing company for 14 years giving him good hands on knowledge of the industry. Martin is involved with private clients as well a blue chip companies and has been involved in selling, leasing and acquiring hotels, public houses and restaurants either individually or in groups. Martin joined the team in 2021 to help grow and expand the business.
