Scott Callow operates throughout the Southern States of Australia with more than 30 years experience in this specialised sector of the market.

Scott has been responsible for the sale of a wide range of hotel, pub and tourism assets. This includes 5-star hotels through to budget accommodation and serviced apartments. He has also undertaken the sale of many of Victoria’s, South Australia’s and Tasmania’s best known pub operations with and without gaming on a freehold investment, freehold going concern and business basis.

Scott has acted for numerous institutional and high net worth investors in the divestment and acquisition of many of Australia’s best-known hotel and pub assets.

In an ever-evolving market Scott has provided strategic advice in the sale of hotel properties for redevelopment including the conversion and construction of new hotel and serviced apartment operations.
