About Toshio

Toshio joined Savills Japan in 2010 and offers a wealth of experience in real estate, covering both international and domestic investment transactions.

He has worked for 25 years in real estate, most of which was spent at CBRE in the Commercial Real Estate and Institutional Investment Properties teams.

During this time, a combination of sound local knowledge, commercial acumen, and international expertise has helped Toshio to secure a number of high-profile exclusive mandates.

Toshio’s experience includes representing a bank as sell-side advisor in the sale-and-leaseback of the bank in 2008, as well as buy-side and sell-side advisory mandates for several European funds. Toshio has executed over US$ 15 billion in transactions during his career, in deals ranging from typical income-generating properties, portfolio acquisitions and dispositions, and factory and industrial sites, to build-to-suit developments.
