About Yoann

Yoann Vittoz is the Regional Manager of Christie & Co Bordeaux Office that covers South-West France including Nouvelle-Aquitaine and part of Occitanie (shared with Aix-en-Provence office).

After having completed his studies in management, accountancy and business, Yoann joined Christie & Co as Sales representative. The different transversal missions he has conducted have given him a large knowledge of the hotel sector and the opportunity to acquire transaction skills.

In 2016, he was promoted negotiator. The sociable personality of Yoann allows him to keep excellent relationships with Parisian hotel owners in a very specific market. This experience gave him the chance to deal with investors of all natures in a complex environment.

Following his early years of transaction, Yoann enlarged his area of action to Nouvelle-Aquitaine. In 2018, Yoann was named Regional Manager of the Bordeaux office. Yoann will be your contact if you want to buy or sell a hotel in the following regions :
