JLL’s Hotels & Hospitality Group (“JLL”) has been retained as the exclusive advisor to Prime Locations Management Ltd. (the “Owner”) for the collective, or individual sale of five vacant islands, located at Emboodhoo Lagoon, South Malé Atoll, Republic of Maldives (each an “Island” and collectively the “Islands”). The Owner is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Boon Rawd Brewery Co. Ltd., the first and one of the largest breweries in Thailand. The opportunity entails a scalable hospitality development spanning five islands, numbered four through eight, which form part of a larger multi-island, fully-integrated entertainment complex branded as Crossroads. The Islands enjoy a prime location in South Malé Atoll, only a 15-minute speedboat journey from Velana International Airport, and are offered vacant possession, allowing an incoming buyer to develop according to their specification and select a preferred brand/management company of their choice for the operation of the Islands.
