New kids on the stove returns: London’s freshest chefs take to the pass at The Hoxton, Southwark with Camden Town Brewery
This October, The Hoxton, Southwark’s chef series is back which invites some of the freshest London-based chefs to take to the pass for an exclusive one-night pop-up with fresh beers to match from the guys at Camden Town Brewery. The pop-ups will feature exclusive menus from some of the most creative chefs in London including Ana Da Costa (@_lotsofbutter) and Ben Lippett (@dinnerbyben).
Kicking off the series on Tuesday 4th October will be Ana Da Costa, founder of the hyped Two Hot Asians hot sauce brand which has also taken part in numerous pop-ups with some of the hottest restaurants in London including Supa Ya Ramen and Ling Ling’s.
Ana’s one-night pop-up will feature a menu which celebrates her heritage, originally from Macau in southeast China where she lived until she was 19 years old. Stars of the show will include: ‘Croquete de Minchi,’ Fried potato croquette stuffed with minced meat, ‘Salada de Taufu com chatchini de Bacalhau,’ Cold tofu salad with salted cod ‘chutney,’’ Porco Balichão Tamarindo,’ Tamarind and shrimp paste braised pork shoulder with coconut rice and for dessert, Serradura,’ Macanese trifle.

Limited spaces are available so book in advance to avoid missing out. Tables are available from 6.00pm onwards.

About Ana Da Costa

Ana was born in Macau to her Chinese mother and Portuguese father and grew up between Portugal and Macau. She grew up cooking with her parents, being introduced to different flavours from the East and West.
The Chinese way of eating head-to-tail and the Portuguese warm, vibrant and spicy Mediterranean flavours.
Since being in London, Ana launched Two Hot Asians sauce brand in 2021, selling their sauces all over the UK and doing pop-ups with the hottest restaurants in London and recently launched Mama da Costa through &Dine, delivering her home cooked food all over London.
