CBRE hotels is pleased to announce the successful sale and settlement of Oakwood Hotel and Apartments Brisbane on behalf of our client.
We wish to congratulate the southern-based investment group, on their first major acquisition in Queensland.
The 4.0-star Oakwood Hotel and Apartments comprises 162 suites, a bistro, business centre, gym and pool.
The new owners are expected to undertake a major revitalisation to capitalise on its prime location within the popular riverside precinct, between the Brisbane CBD and Fortitude Valley, approximately 200m from Howard Smith Wharves.
On the back of our recent sale of Ibis Styles Cairns, Grand Chancellor Palm Cove, Long Island, Loea Hotel and Crystalbrook Vincent (formerly The Fantauzzo), this sale further evidences the continued interest to acquire hospitality and hotel assets in Queensland.
