HTL have sold the Bulahdelah Residential Village and Tourist Park located in Bulahdelah NSW.
Specialist brokerage firm HTL Property were exclusively appointed to sell the Property with Director’s James Carrick and Andrew Jackson to steer the sale campaign.
The mixed-use holiday park currently operates 73 sites across the 2.41 hectare freehold landholding. The Property also features a swimming pool, amenities block, BBQ area, reception and office and manager’s residence. Bulahdelah Residential Village and Tourist Park has been operated under management throughout the entire period of its ownership.
