Jones Lang LaSalle Property Consultants Pte Ltd (“Jones Lang LaSalle Hotels”) has been retained by Phuket Hotel 2 Holding Company Limited Phuket, Phuket Hotel 3 Holding Company Limited and Lehman Brothers South East Asia Investments Pte Ltd. (collectively the “Sellers”) on a sole and exclusive basis to offer for sale, subject to the relevant shareholders’ agreements, the Sellers’ interest in Karon Phuket Hotel Company Limited, owning company of the Centara Karon Resort, Phuket (“Centara Karon”), and the Sellers’ interest in Kata Phuket Hotel Company Limited, owning company of the Centara Kata Resort, Phuket (“Centara Kata”).
Within a ten-minute drive of each other, Centara Karon and Centara Kata (the “Properties”) occupy prominent locations along Phuket’s prime west coast and are operated by Centara Hotels & Resorts, one of Thailand’s leading hotel operating companies.
Available individually or together, detailed information on the Properties, including financial, legal and building information, as well as the relevant shareholders’ agreements, will be available for review upon the execution of a confidentiality agreement.
