These inter-related hotels comprise the 115 room 3 star plus rated Comfort Hotel contained within a renovated historic building, together with the 4 star plus rated Quality Hotel, a modern tower block constructed in 2008 providing 62 self-contained units.

The hotel is located in the heart of Wellingtons cultural precinct, Cuba Quarter within walking distance to a number of Wellington’s landmarks and tourist attractions.
At the date of sale, the hotels were operated under a franchise agreement to Choice Hotels however were purchased on a vacant possession basis by Singaporean company Naumi Hotels who plan to undertake a refurbishment and the rebrand as the Naumi Wellington.
