The ibis Wellington comprises a 200 room, 3 star plus Qualmark rated hotel, located on Featherston Street in the heart of the Wellington CBD. Hotel amenities include a ground floor restaurant and bar, guest laundry, and basement parking for 17 vehicles. Originally constructed as an office tower in 1964, the building was converted to a Hotel in 1999/2000.
The hotel was extensively refurbished in 2007/08 and is presented to a high standard. Despite some seismic upgrading in 1999/2000, at the date of sale the Hotel had a Grade C seismic grading.
At the date of sale, the Hotel was subject to a long term management agreement to Accor with vacant possession not available on sale.
