The Novotel originally comprised a total of 193 guest rooms through the inclusion of the adjoining 39-key Warners Building however this was demolished after the 2011 Canterbury Earthquakes. Hotel amenities at the Novotel include restaurant and bar, conferencing and banqueting facilities, fitness centre, and basement guest carparking.
The Ibis Christchurch comprises a purpose-built 155-room hotel constructed in 2007 together with a restaurant and bar, one meeting room, and basement guest carparking.
At the date of sale, both hotels were subject to a management agreement to Accor with vacant possession not available on sale.
