The Novotel ibis Auckland Ellerslie comprises a 247 room dual branded hotel constructed in 2000, located in the Auckland suburb of Ellerslie. In addition to guest rooms, the Hotel provides a restaurant/bar, extensive conferencing facilities, carparking, and a gymnasium.
The Hotel sold to New Zealand investor CP Group for $55 million. At the time, this sale achieved a record price per room for a 4.5 star hotel in New Zealand, as well as representing the highest price ever achieved for a non-CBD hotel. The hotel is managed by Accor with the Management Agreement expiring 2030.
