Novotel Queenstown Lakeside comprises a 273 room, 4 star Qualmark-rated hotel located in the heart of the Queenstown town centre and adjacent to foreshore of Lake Wakatipu. Additional amenities include a restaurant and bar, meeting room, gymnasium and secure parking for 50 vehicles. The Hotel was purpose-built in 1987/88 and underwent further extensions in 1994 and in 2007.
At the date of sale, the hotel was subject to a long-term management agreement with Accor with vacant possession not available on sale.
