Christie & Co sold the Qbic London City, an award-winning ‘green’ hotel located in the heart of one of East London’s liveliest quarters.
This well-known 183-bedroom hotel was available free and clear of the current Qbic Hotels branding, on a leasehold basis, making it a unique opportunity to enter the London hotel market at scale.
