The Joint Administrators of SI Argyle Street Ltd, Thomas Campbell MacLennan, Alexander Iain Fraser and Kenneth Robert Craig from RSM Tenon, have completed the sale of the Radisson Blu in Glasgow to Azure Property Group for £24.5m.
International real estate advisor Savills was appointed by the Joint Administrators to sell the 247 bedroom, four-star hotel and three retail units, which are let to LA Fitness and Barrhead Travel. The hotel is encumbered with a long term management agreement to Rezidor Hotels & Resorts under its premium brand Radisson Blu.
