Jones Lang LaSalle (Thailand) Limited’s Hotels & Hospitality Group (“JLL”) has been retained by Golden Service Apartment Limited (the “Owner”) on a sole and exclusive basis to offer for sale Suntara Serviced Apartment (the “Property” or “Suntara”), a new freehold serviced apartment in the heart of Sri Racha’s city centre. Due to be completed in the 2nd half of 2015, the Japanese-style Property is eligible for Board of Investment (BOI) privilege, which allows 100% foreign ownership.
