Development Company Limited (the “Owner”) to offer for sale Surf Hotel Patong (the “Property” or “Hotel”). Currently in the final stages of construction on 2-0-90 ral (3,560 sqm) of land in a city hotel configuration, the Hotel is expected to open at the end of 2017.
