Savills, acting jointly with JLL, has completed the sale of The Pheasant Inn on the southern fringe of Bassenthwaite Lake to the North East company, The Inn Collection Group for £2.25m.
Set within seven acres of its own grounds, the former staging post and coaching inn offers 15 traditionally furnished en-suite bedrooms as well as a three-bedroom managers’ cottage. The property also comprises of two AA Rosette restaurants – The Fell Restaurant and The Bistro.
