Savills, on behalf of the Joint Administrators of Methodist Guild Holidays Limited, has completed the sale of Treloyhan Manor Hotel, Carbis Bay, St Ives, for in excess of £3 million, significantly above the asking price of £1.75 million. The hotel has been acquired by the Northold Group.
The hotel occupies a plot of c.4.11 acres on an elevated position with views across St Ives Bay towards Gwithian Beach and provides 39 bedrooms of accommodation.
